If we need to evacuate, we will transport residents to Greenville, SC; Port Orange, FL, or Ormond Beach, FL
We want to make your move to ELEVATE Senior Living at Clearwater as seamless and stress-free as possible. You can count on us to help with every aspect of your move.
ELEVATE Senior Living at Clearwater has 112 total units: 96 units in Assisted Living/Memory Care. (Memory Care will have a neighborhood of 16 or 32 depending on need.)
16 units in the Independent Living duplexes.
Yes. If a resident in Assisted Living requires Memory Care, we will help to make the transition seamless.
However, before we make that move, the following will take place: Individual assessment of the resident, Physician diagnosis, and Discussion with the family or responsible party.
If a transfer is warranted, we will coordinate the move and make appropriate adjustments to the rent. The resident will NOT be required to pay an additional community fee.
